Sci-Fi vs. Sci-Fact – Message Sent From India To France Using Telepathy

How many times have you wanted to talk to someone using only your mind? Well, that may be a real possibility in the near future. Scientists have successfully sent the world’s first scientifically verified telepathic message, thousands of miles from India to France.

Silent Screamers The Series

Quick Summary

Research experts (sounds credible to me) at Harvard thought it might be a good idea to test the possibility of telepathy, and so they did. The idea was that two volunteers, thousands of miles apart would be hooked up to computers, and one person would send the other a message mentally. Long story short, it worked. Now we’ll likely see this technology developed for all sorts of craziness in the future. Here is a video of a technology that already exists, uses only thoughts to operate, and is already being perfected.

If you don’t know what telepathy is or how it ties into scripture, I’ve prepared some interesting research for you below. What you find may surprise you.

What Is Telepathy?

Let’s start out by defining what telepathy is. Here is my definition: mental communication between two or more people. Now that you’ve read my definition, here is the official definition:

Telepathy:communication between minds by some means other than sensory perception.” – Dictionary.com

Telepathy: “the supposed communication of thoughts or ideas by means other than the known senses.” – Google.com

For many, the subject of telepathic communication has always been considered to be mythology or science fiction, but science is slowly changing the landscape in many of these areas.

  1. Until we went to the moon, space travel was considered science fiction.
  2. Until the 90s, Star Trek communication technology was considered to be science fiction.
  3. Until the early 2000s, tablet PCs were considered to be science fiction.
  4. Until the invention of smart phones, handheld personal PCs were considered to be science fiction.
  5. Until recently, creating hybrid creatures was considered to be science fiction.

What modern technology is proving is that science fiction and science fact are only separated by a matter of time. What many people don’t know is that telepathy has been a concept that has existed for thousands of years. Even the Bible contains verses and ideas that seem to involve the use of telepathy.

Telepathy and The Bible

Let’s start out by looking at a simple concept that many people are already familiar with. When we pray, we do not always pray out loud, but we do believe that God still hears our prayers. This leaves us with two options:

  1. We are transferring our thoughts without speech (telepathy)
  2. God is reading our minds constantly.

The Bible does tell us that God knows our thoughts in Genesis 6:5 and Psalms 94:11. What that means is that we do indeed use telepathy (in a sense) when we communicate with God.

Research has shown that when we pray, there is a change in the language center in the brain, as you can see in the pic above. Here are a few sources for you to check out for yourself.

While there seems to be evidence of language activity when we pray, is it possible for people to communicate with each other mentally?

Telepathy In Eden?

While the Bible does not say it, many people believe that Adam and Eve may have used telepathy as a means of communication, because it is more efficient than speaking. Those that believe this, also tend to believe that we lost this ability after the fall of man. Others believe that we gradually lost it over time, but some people still retain traces of this ability.

While there is no evidence of this, many people believe that telepathy would more realistically explain how Eve communicated with the serpent. Some of those same people also believe the serpent was a literal snake. However, that does not change the possibility that the communication going on in the garden may have been telepathic because it is more efficient than speech.

What Do You Think?

What are your thoughts on this new and developing technology? What are your thoughts on the studies showing that prayer is linked to communication? What are your thoughts on telepathy in Eden? Feel free to chime in and share your thoughts with the rest of us. If you have links, feel free to share those as well.

Did you bother to read the link to the article that I provided? They are experimenting with telepathy. It is not based on the occult at all. You may need to do a little more research into the subject. Just because the occult uses something doesn’t mean that’s where it originated.

I recall when I was a teenager my friends and I were curious about telepathy and so we tried to send each other simple messages. One friend, Maureen, and I were successful in that she was able to send messages to me that I could hear. For instance, she tried to send me the color green (she didn’t tell me out loud what color she was sending). I didn’t see any color but I could hear the words “green, green, green …” as she was thinking them. We repeated this successfully with other colors etc. None of the other combinations of friends was successful during this experiment with telepathy, including me trying to send thoughts to Maureen.

The video is not demonstrating telepathy. The video is using electrodes to communicate her thoughts between the person and the arm and she is hooked up electrically. That is real science or technology. Telepathy is not. Telepathy is based on the occult. It is using demonic help much like “seers”, or mediums use. The world of the occult is trying to make themselves more respectable as TV and the movies mesh it with the sciences. But Christians know how God views this and we have been forewarned. The military industrial complex has been using occultism for years now, as did Hitler and the Soviet Union. Reading others’ minds is a biggie on their agenda. Their goal is to try and read all our minds at will eventually. (as in the Minority Report movie).
