Is there any evidence of angelic activity on earth, outside of the Bible? It is my personal opinion that many cultures encountered angelic beings and recorded them throughout history. The following list of pictures represents circumstantial evidence at best, and I invite you to approach them as a skeptic. However, as you examine each picture, ask yourself the following questions:
- Were all of these cultures attempting to make up similar stories or were they attempting to recount events they believed to be true?
- Why does every culture depict similar beings, even though they practiced different religions?
- Does it really make sense that all of these cultures would make up a similar representation as a metaphor for something else?

Since satan desires to appear as an angel of light:
2 Corinthians 11:14-15 And no marvel; for even Satan fashioneth himself into an angel of light. (15) It is no great thing therefore if his ministers also fashion themselves as ministers of righteousness, whose end shall be according to their works.
Since satan has been around from the garden deceiving people with his lies it should come as no surprise that all the angels that fell with him have been actively deceiving men to worship them for just as long:
Colossians 2:18-19 Let no man rob you of your prize by a voluntary humility and worshipping of the angels, dwelling in the things which he hath seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind, (19) and not holding fast the Head, from whom all the body, being supplied and knit together through the joints and bands, increasing with the increase of God.
